dear LJ oracle (comics subdivision)

Can anyone tell me where to find the Julius Knipl strip about (I think it's called) "dead storage", the storage place which warns Julius that his boxes will most likely be subject to flood, theft, loss &c, and then declines to take his contact information? It ends, I believe, with him walking away saying, "Well, that's one address I can forget."

I have all of Katchor's books, I just don't know where the strip is.
