Found in a book of essays on Critical Mass that I scored off of the curb recently:

"The excellent Martika quite rightly sums up Crit. Mass on her classic first album, 'it's not what you're doing but what you're not doing, baby'... That sums up my attitude, too."

Despite liking the song myself, I had to think for a moment to be sure Martika hadn't in fact been singing about Critical Mass.
