I'm listening to Joni Mitchell's Blue for the sixth time ever (all in the past 20-some hours) and it's like I'm home... not my home, though I like it, but Zinnia's. Maybe she heard this a lot as a kid and it crept into her vocabulary. Maybe her progressive (politics, not rock) parents came from Mitchell's bohemian subsculture a little more than I realized.

Funny. It just ended, and I put on some electro, and *then* I started feeling wistful.
