[music] !!! - "Take Ecstasy With Me"/"Get Up"

I'm not sure which more marks this band's Magnetic Fields cover as sheer hipster exercise: its total lifelessness, or the fact that it's backed with a Nate Dogg cover. Plenty of people sincerely like both Nate Dogg and the Magnetic Fields; I'm sure the members of !!! are among them. But mediocre covers have a way of making their performers look smug or slavish, and these almost do both.
